What do you think of the word well-being? What about the word happiness? In my opinion, well-being can include mental and physical health, good social relationships, and the opportunity to realize themselves. These elements are all linked, and when all parts are working well, I would say that man is happy. If one of those fragments is missing or acts poorly, the well-being of a person begins to crumble.
Of course, there are many other pieces of well-being, such as a good livelihood, a home of your own, and the opportunity for pleasure. Well-being and happiness can be associated with a wide range of individual elements. One is happy with tiny things, and the other requires bigger things. Well-being at work is essential, and, in the absence, thereof, mental and even physical health is usually also affected.
For me, well-being consists health of the body and mind, the hustle and business of my own beloved family, and the opportunity to realize my creativity both at work and in leisure. Those things make me happy, but of course, decent livelihood and an own sweet home are an essential part of it. Manufacturing all kinds of handicrafts, writing, and the proximity of nature, as well as my beloved furry friends, my four dogs, inspire me every day. I can say I’m happy when all those things are right.
Since there’s an explorer’s fault in my character, I’d be happy to look at new things and their background. I like to read books and listen to interesting podcasts and make adventures in the wonderful world of YouTube. My thirst for knowledge is insatiable and takes me on exciting discoveries. So I write the contribution of my findings to this section and hope that you will find at least some things about prosperity and happiness. Welcome to the expedition!
